This weeks Workout Of The Week is based on challenging muscular endurance.
Complete 6 rounds for the following circuit, and add 5 reps per exercise per round;
5 x Mountain Climbers
10 x Jump Lunges
15 x Med Ball Overhead Press
20 x Bicycle Crunches
